As we enter this Thanksgiving Holiday, I am so grateful for all the authors who toil over their words to offer up everything from imaginative stories to lessons for work and life. In particular, I believe we’re at a tipping point when it comes to needing wise leaders who can take a long view, develop talent, and consider people, profits and the planet!
